Return and Exchange Policy

Item(s) and packaging must be returned in like new condition.

Step 1: Call our toll free number (1-866-982-3524) within 10 days of your order to receive an RMA Number.
Step 2: Package item with all packaging material and copy of your packing slip with your RMA Number.

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned items unless damaged or shipped incorrectly. A restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from the refund amount if no reorder is placed at the time of return.
